The information and documents provided by Pre&Post are not legal advice and are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up to date for your specific situation. Pre&Post provides self-help document automation and, at your option, connects you with independent, licensed attorneys who are solely responsible for any legal advice or services they provide. Communications with Pre&Post are not protected by attorney-client privilege. No attorney-client relationship is formed with Pre&Post. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Pre&Post provides self-help legal-document automation software and an optional service that connects you with independent, licensed attorneys and other service providers. You are representing yourself when you use our document tools.
2. Eligibility
- ✦You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- ✦You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- ✦You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
Nothing on Pre&Post is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed with Pre&Post. Documents and guidance are general and may not fit your circumstances. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney. Communications with Pre&Post are not privileged.
4. Independent attorneys and providers
Attorneys, financial advisors, insurance specialists, and notaries available through Pre&Post are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Pre&Post. They are solely responsible for the services and advice they provide. Pre&Post does not guarantee, and is not liable for, their work. Any attorney-client relationship is between you and that attorney.
5. Payment, plans, and add-ons
- ✦Plans are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Add-on services are billed separately.
- ✦Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe).
- ✦Attorney review fees and provider fees may be billed separately and are set by those providers.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund is available within 7 days and before you request attorney review or finalize a document. Once a service has been rendered (such as attorney review), that portion is non-refundable. Documents generated before finalization are watermarked drafts with no standalone legal validity.
7. Acceptable use
- ✦Do not use Pre&Post for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
- ✦Do not attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- ✦Do not misrepresent your identity or provide information you are not authorized to provide.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and documents you create. You grant Pre&Post a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to generate documents, enable attorney review you request, and store your files securely).
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that any document will be valid, enforceable, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pre&Post Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pre&Post Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved as set forth here (arbitration/venue clause to be finalized by counsel).
12. Changes to these Terms
