- ✦Partner information you provide (e.g., a partner's name and email to invite them to review).
- ✦Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- ✦Usage data: device, browser, and interaction analytics used to improve the product.
How we use your information
- ✦To provide the service: generate documents, run your personalized checklist, and store your files.
- ✦To facilitate attorney review and provider introductions that you request.
- ✦To send transactional emails (welcome, document-ready, partner invites, attorney updates).
- ✦To secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
- ✦With independent attorneys/providers — only the information needed for a review you request, and only when you request it.
- ✦With service providers (hosting, database, email, payments) under contract, solely to operate the platform.
- ✦When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- ✦Never with data brokers or advertisers for sale.
How we protect your information
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by row-level security so only you can see your information. We never sell your data.

Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete documents from your vault at any time, and you can request full account deletion by emailing privacy@preandpost.io.

- ✦Opt out of non-essential communications.

Children
Pre&Post is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
